Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Milestone-Based Custom Website & System Builds

Custom web engineering, e-commerce storefronts, admin dashboards, and AI concierge projects at CYNEX Studio are structured around transparent milestone deliverables. If a client cancels a project before architectural or design work has commenced, any initial deposit is 100% refundable minus standard payment-processor transaction fees. Once a milestone has commenced and design/code deliverables have been shared for review, fees corresponding to completed work are non-refundable.

2. Staging Review & Satisfaction Guarantee

Every custom engagement includes dedicated staging previews before final launch. We iterate closely with your team during the review window until the agreed UI specifications, mobile responsiveness, and performance targets are met prior to final milestone settlement.

3. Single Website Upgrades & Technical Fixes

For single modular upgrades—such as speed and Core Web Vitals optimization, 20-minute Google Search indexing setup, custom @yourdomain.com business email routing, or AI sales chat integration—if we are unable to deliver the agreed technical outcome due to an issue on our side, we provide a full refund of the upgrade fee.

4. Digital Starter Systems & Downloadable Code

Because commercial starter systems and downloadable source-code repositories grant immediate, irrevocable access to proprietary code and design files, completed digital product downloads are final. If you encounter any deployment issue or technical defect, our engineering team will resolve it promptly at no cost.
